Team Introduction
TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.
With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
1. Industry Insight & Value Proposition: Conduct in-depth analysis of the dine-in, hospitality, and travel industries to understand the needs of merchants, creators, and agencies. Leverage platform product capabilities to identify and articulate compelling value propositions and selling points. Drive product-market fit initiatives to enhance partner willingness and capability to operate on TikTok.
2. Industry Marketing & Education Program: Plan and execute market education and awareness campaigns, including industry summits, merchant conferences and thought leadership events. Develop industry-specific business methodologies, best practices, and operational frameworks. Create data reports, case studies, and success stories to strengthen platform influence and leadership in target sectors.
3. Strategic Communications & Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of domestic and international trends in the lifestyle sector. Design innovative and effective integrated communication strategies. Execute communication activities including merchant success story promotion and industry value proposition dissemination, ensuring all communications are both creative and results-driven to maximize impact and engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in marketing, business analysis, strategic consulting, or advertising measurement.
- Proficient in marketing science and advertising effect measurement logic.
- Ability to understand and apply data models including conversion attribution and brand lift analysis to support narrative development.
- Proven track record of deliverables for B2B marketing narrative and industry strategy content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong data sensitivity and rigorous logical thinking, hands-on project experience in related fields.
- Strong strategic proposal writing skills, with the ability to integrate fragmented information into highly professional commercial narratives.
- Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment.
