Drive high-volume outbound outreach to secure new partnerships.
Ensure every merchant is activation-ready, guiding them through the setup process until they are fully functional and ready for handover.
Maintain real-time CRM accuracy and pipeline transparency.
Monitor the online presence and initial order volume of new sign-ups.
Proactively coordinate with internal tech and operations teams to smash activation hurdles, ensuring a stable transition to our Growth teams.
Gather insights on competitor offerings and vendor pain points during every call.
Bring energy and a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction
Graduated with a higher diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Has relevant experience in sales and prior experience working with restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
Proficient in using Email, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to engage with new clients.
