The Opportunity
The Associate Manager, CRM Strategy will support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies across Fandango’s portfolio of brands, with a focus on email and mobile channels including push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS. This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact, data-informed campaigns that drive audience engagement and business outcomes.

Your work will directly contribute to improving engagement, optimizing performance, and scaling CRM capabilities across the business.
This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with regular in-office collaboration to support cross-functional partnership and creative alignment.
What You’ll Do
Execute and optimize weekly CRM campaigns across email and mobile channels, ensuring high-quality delivery across platforms and devices
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and requirements
Manage workflows and timelines using project management tools to ensure on-time execution and clear communication
Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
Maintain quality assurance standards across campaign builds, including testing, troubleshooting, and asset updates within CRM platforms
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related fields; entertainment or direct-to-consumer experience preferred
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Sailthru, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable
Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle journey mapping
Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics) and translating data into actionable insights
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop) for email editing and QA
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment using tools such as Asana or similar

Salary Range: $66,000 - $80,000
