What You'll Do
Creators are at the heart of our ecosystem. As a Creator Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building, activating, and retaining a healthy creator community on TikTok LIVE. You will design and execute scalable operational strategies that empower creators to thrive, while ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality content supply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute scalable creator programs to onboard, educate, and activate TikTok LIVE creators, driving sustainable platform growth.
- Design and implement incentive programs, campaigns, and reward systems to boost creator participation and improve retention rates.
- Craft tailored content and growth strategies targeting diverse creator segments to maximize performance across tiers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, and Strategy—to align on creator growth initiatives.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to create creator toolkits, educational materials, and training resources.
- Monitor and analyze creator funnel metrics (onboarding, activity, retention) to identify friction points and optimize operational workflows.
- Act as the primary source of creator insights, delivering data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and business decisions.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in content or user operations, creator/influencer management, or digital marketing within a platform or agency environment.
- Proven ability to design and scale creator or content programs.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; experience with funnel analysis and retention modeling.
- Track record of success in managing creator/influencer lifecycles and engagement strategies.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, to communicate with external stakeholders in LATAM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the creator economy, live streaming, and emerging content trends.
- Experience working on community-driven platforms or with live content formats.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
