Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Identification
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to be a part of our Sales team located in Kyrgyzstan.
What We Expect
ASM develops and executes strategies for realizing business targets – sales, market share, profitability, customer and effectively managing the team, distributors and enlarging customer base in the specified region that she/he is responsible of.
• Preparation of business and customer plans and execute them within area dynamics
• Creation action plans based on opportunities and threats by following market developments and trends, and informing management accordingly
• Training and creation of development plans (Onboarding, OJT and other training programs) and performance evaluations of his/her team
• Increase employee engagement levels for both Company and distributor teams.
• Analyse the market share and sales data to develop and implement necessary action plans for realizing business targets
• Control and enhance the execution standards through market visits
• Manage annual budget (trade marketing, promotion, expense, etc.) effectively and efficiently
• Ensure effective and efficient usage of coolers and promotional materials
• Monitor daily, monthly forecasts, KPIs
• Provide compliance of Company and distributor strategies and develop distributors business processes in line with Company standards
• Visit potential distributors and manage change process of distributors if needed
• Implement actions for increasing customer satisfaction and engagement by regular customer visits
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with critical customers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or related fileds, MBA degree is preferable
• Minimum 3 years of active sales experience in FMCG
• Proficient in MS Office
• Sound knowledge of Financial Management, Business Environment and Trends.
• Sound knowledge in Distributor Management.
• Commercial acumen and focus

• Ability to work in a team, high level of personal responsibility
• Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in critical situations, under the influence of stress and limiting factors
• Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with the targeted customers.
• Skilled in task management, prioritization, delegation, task separation, scheduling, risk management
