Role Description:
The Appearance Quality Control Specialist ensures consistent compliance with Appearance Guidelines by combining real-time monitoring and reporting (quality control) with expertise in visual presentation (appearance). The role supports both adherence to standards and the continuous improvement of employees’ on-camera image and overall visual consistency.
Responsibilities:
Monitor live tables and report irregularities in employees’ appearance, ensuring compliance with approved Appearance Guidelines and company procedures, while offering improvement recommendations.
Create and update documentation related to departmental activities.
Handle Appearance Change Requests submitted by employees.
Propose changes to existing procedures, guidelines, uniform items, and makeup/hairstyling looks.
Contribute to research and testing projects aimed at enhancing the consistency of dealers’ appearance on camera or optimizing personnel allocation strategies.
Organize and participate in Appearance checks, training sessions, and discussions.
Maintain effective communication with employees regarding their appearance to ensure a positive employee experience.
Perform additional tasks within the allocated working time.
Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with both the Stylist and Uniform teams.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail.
Intermediate level of English proficiency.
Basic to intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office proficiency, reasonable typing speed, and ability to take screenshots).
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
