Role Description:
The Appearance Quality Control Specialist ensures consistent compliance with Appearance Guidelines by combining real-time monitoring and reporting (quality control) with expertise in visual presentation (appearance). The role supports both adherence to standards and the continuous improvement of employees’ on-camera image and overall visual consistency.
Responsibilities:
Monitor live tables and report irregularities in employees’ appearance, ensuring compliance with approved Appearance Guidelines and company procedures, and offering improvement recommendations.
Create and update documentation related to employees' appearance.
Handle Appearance Change Requests submitted by employees.
Propose changes to existing procedures, guidelines, uniform items, and makeup/hairstyling looks.
Contribute to research and testing projects aimed at enhancing the consistency of dealers’ appearance on camera or optimizing personnel allocation strategies.
Organize and participate in Appearance workshops, trainings, and discussions.
Update Appearance Guidelines as requested by Management.
Maintain effective communication with employees regarding their appearance to ensure a positive employee experience.
Support stylist activities as needed, including performing makeup operations, hairdressing, covering tattoos, and related tasks such as cleaning used brushes and workspaces.
Perform additional tasks within the allocated work time.
Requirements:
Excellent command of Appearance Guidelines across all games.
Strong attention to detail.
English proficiency at an intermediate level.
Basic to intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office proficiency, reasonable typing speed, ability to take screenshots).
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
