NXP is seeking a highly motivated Night Shift Analytical Lab Technician to join the Physical Analysis Labs team at our ATMC (Ed Bluestein) site. This team plays a critical role in ensuring manufacturing excellence by maintaining quality control over a diverse range of chemicals, monitoring contamination on wafers and in the ambient environment, and supporting failure analysis investigations to determine root causes.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred, with a strong foundation in general chemistryPrior experience in a chemistry laboratory environment requiredAbility to work effectively in both wet lab and cleanroom environmentsHands-on experience with a wide range of analytical instrumentation and techniquesFamiliarity with process control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is preferredStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusionsDemonstrated ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals in a controlled environmentExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProven reliability and dependability in a critical operations roleSelf-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervisionStrong commitment to always maintaining a safe work environment
