AI Product Analyst - Automation Team | MEDvidi

MEDvidi is a fast-growing US telehealth company building AI-powered and automation-driven systems across clinical and operational workflows.
We’re looking for an AI Product Analyst to help us analyze, evaluate, and improve AI and automation systems running in production.
This role combines product analytics, operational analytics, and AI evaluation.
You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to investigate failures, measure automation quality, and help teams make accurate decisions in ambiguous environments.
What you’ll work on:
Analytics for AI-powered and automation workflows
Investigation of hallucinations, silent failures, and quality degradation
Analysis of logs, transcripts, generated outputs, and operational data
AI quality evaluation and monitoring
Product experiments, funnel analysis, and impact assessment
Dashboards and monitoring systems for automation health
Measuring operational and business impact of AI initiatives
What we expect:
3+ years in Product / Data / Operational Analytics
Strong SQL and Python skills
Experience working with complex production systems
Strong product and analytical thinking
Experience with AI / LLM systems is a strong plus
Ability to work in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
Fluent Russian and English B2+
