About the Team
The Southeast Asia (SEA) Regional Business team within Global Business Solutions partners with leading agencies and market players to accelerate user growth and marketing success. We do this by delivering tailored strategies, advanced measurement solutions, ad tech integrations, and innovative platform offerings.
As an Agency Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for growing our agency business. You will lead efforts to scale and acquire new opportunities, while serving as a trusted advisor to agencies and brands. Your work will empower partners to achieve measurable results with TikTok platforms, and ensure strong alignment with global strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and co-own account plans to unlock investments and drive client’s business objectives
- Be a strong consultant to agencies and brands though full-funnel digital media offerings and e-commerce.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and product collateral
- Retain and grow revenue from advertisers; exceed quarterly sales goals
- Build and sustain trusted client relationships with agencies and brands, delivering the highest standard of consultancy and service
- Roll out training and enablement programs, and aid in agency certification program
- Mobilize cross-functional support around client opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams globally and regionally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives
- Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok products to deliver measurable results for clients
- Identify relevant trends and opportunities to craft business cases in support of any new products and/or solutions
- Ensure smooth operations for campaigns from start to finish by working closely with different cross functional team members
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ad tech sales, digital media planning, or strategy roles
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, ad tech ecosystems, and measurement for branding and performance campaigns
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business impact
- Demonstrated understanding of global network agency structures, and agency group hierarchies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with agency trading teams, including understanding how trading functions influence media investment decisions and budget allocation across agency groups is strongly preferred
- Understanding of budget shift mechanics across platforms, channels, or campaign types — including advising clients on reallocation strategies to maximize ROI is preferred
- Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or database pipelines is a plus
- Self-starter with a fast-learning, can-do attitude
- Ambitious and resilient, with a strong desire to grow and develop within TikTok
