TikTok's Scaled Growth Agency team partners with agencies across Europe and Israel to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with audiences, or be discovered on TikTok. As TikTok Shop continues to scale rapidly, we are building a dedicated team focused on accelerating Shop Ads adoption. From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our agency partners have tailored e-commerce tools and products at their fingertips, our team combines operational expertise with a partner-centric mindset to drive merchant and agency growth on TikTok Shop.
We're looking for a dynamic, passionate Agency Partner Manager to join our growing Scaled Growth Agency team, focusing on TikTok Shop Ads. You will be a crucial member of a team partnering with a high-volume book of agencies, with the goal of driving Shop Ads revenue, agency education, merchant incubation, and long-term relationships at scale. This position requires strong consultative sales skills, e-commerce acumen, and a passion for partnerships to drive growth. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment, have a passion for growing revenue, and the desire to help shape and scale solutions that support Shop agency partners across EUI.
Responsibilities
1. Raise the Bar
- Be results-focused, grow Shop Ads revenue, and lead commercial conversations with agencies across your book of business.
- Serve as a TikTok Shop Ads subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization to align marketing objectives with e-commerce business outcomes.
- Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
2. Make Your Own Discoveries
- Grow a deep, up-to-date understanding of TikTok Shop's product developments, market trends, vertical dynamics, and competitor activities to provide clients with a holistic view of success strategies.
- Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency and merchant issues.
3. Assume Ownership
- Lead end-to-end engagement activities for TikTok Shop merchants, including prospecting, onboarding, project planning, and supporting activation and incubation programs to ensure a strong start and sustainable growth.
- Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization; deliver actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.
- Drive net-new advertiser activation through your agencies and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising sales, business development, digital marketing, or eCommerce account management/client services with direct client management experience.
- Experience working with agencies, TSPs (TikTok Shop Partners), or in an agency partnership-type role.
- Ability to influence buy-in, build strong relationships, and establish trust with stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a high-volume book of business, tasks, and projects within a fast-paced environment.
- High oral and written fluency in Spanish and in English, is required, as the role involves direct client communication across the Spanish markets served by the business
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of online advertising and e-commerce fundamentals (campaign setup, optimization, KPIs, ROAS, GMV).
- Commercially minded and self-driven with strong instincts to identify and drive revenue opportunities, with a proven track record of achieving quantitative targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently analyze situations and deliver client-focused solutions in a scaling organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - quick learner with a proactive mindset, eager to take initiative, adapt quickly, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist with a team player and collaborator mentality.
