Job Description Summary:
Provides financial, administrative and accounting support by ensuring the company receives payments for sales and properly records the transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for sales rendered.
Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
Processing and recording transactions
Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
In charge of collecting payments from clients and ensure they are done on time.
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
Generating reports and statements for internal use.
Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
B.Com , M. Com, MBA or CA inter
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Com , M. Com, MBA or CA inter
Education:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce
Travel Requirements: No Travel
