Job Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships within a fast-paced marketing environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing workflows, can translate strategy into execution, and excels at client communication and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal marketing teams
Manage multiple marketing accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality
Coordinate campaign execution across paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing initiatives
Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and communicate insights and recommendations clearly
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Ensure client retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
Collaborate closely with project managers, strategists, and media buyers
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success professional in a marketing agency or marketing-driven company
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (paid ads, SEO, funnels, analytics)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results
Experience working with CRMs, project management tools, and reporting dashboards
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
Client-facing mindset with strong relationship-building skills
