Under guidance, participate in one or more of the following tasks:
1. Learn methodologies for understanding industry and market development trends, as well as how to comprehend customer business, network-related needs, and pain points. Conduct research under the guidance of a supervisor and produce data or insight reports.
2. Learn methodologies for planning, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships, as well as the fundamentals of customer satisfaction management. Support and assist mentors and supervisors in planning and executing customer engagement activities.
3. Learn methodologies for improving transaction quality and the basics of contracts, and acquire fundamental contract negotiation skills.
4. Study and gain a deeper understanding of the role of a customer manager and sales culture knowledge, and produce a learning report.
Requirements:
[Knowledge Requirements]
Understand the responsibilities of a customer manager position and possess basic theoretical knowledge in the ICT industry and sales.
[Skill Requirements]
Proficient in using common office software; proficient in expressing and reading/writing in English (or other languages).
[Ability Requirements]
Strong relationship-building skills, customer service-oriented mindset, collaborative influence, execution ability, communication skills, and learning ability.
