About the team
This team grows Electronics marketplace sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and ensure brands thrive on the platform. Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and incubate high-potential brands, principals, and key merchants that drive significant GMV contribution.
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships, and lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive deals aligned with campaigns, seasonal opportunities, and business priorities.
- Proactively identify new collaboration opportunities that support merchants’ short-term growth and long-term strategic development, and formulate Joint Business Plans (JBPs) accordingly.
- Monitor and improve merchants’ operational and service performance, including cancellation and return rates, shipping lead time, and other key indicators, to enhance conversion, customer experience, and overall satisfaction.
- Manage merchant growth at scale by leveraging standardized incubation frameworks, account management programs, and operational tools.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, account management, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, data-sensitive, and equipped with strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and or data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in the electronics category or other relevant product categories is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem, merchant operations, and growth strategies.
- Well-connected with brands, distributors, and large sellers is a strong plus.
- A collaborative team player who learns quickly, adapts well, and thrives in a fast-changing environment.
