Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle—from qualifying leads to closing deals. In this role, you’ll work closely with inbound and outbound prospects, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and convert opportunities into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing
Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify business needs and opportunities
Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product updates
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong experience with outbound sales and pipeline management
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple deals and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Nice-to-Have
Experience in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, or tech-enabled services
Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
Experience selling to B2B clients in US, UK, or global markets
Background working in startups or high-growth companies
