Inside Sales Account Executive (P2) – Mexico City

We are expanding our LATAM IDX sales team and looking for experienced Account Executives who thrive on winning new business, building their own pipeline, and closing meaningful deals. This is an opportunity to join a team where performance is recognized, growth is real, and your impact is visible.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business across Solera’s solution portfolio
Build and grow a high-quality pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
Engage and influence decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple levels within target accounts
Lead consultative, value-driven sales conversations and position complex solutions with confidence
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly communicate business impact and ROI
Manage and progress multiple opportunities simultaneously, maintaining strong momentum toward close
Consistently meet and exceed ACV and revenue targets
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using modern sales tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to drive seamless customer experiences
Adapt quickly and navigate conversations dynamically based on customer needs and objections
What You Bring
2-4 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled solutions preferred)
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving net-new revenue
Strong experience in pipeline generation and deal ownership
Ability to confidently sell complex, multi-product solutions
Skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
Excellent discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a dynamic pipeline
