3D Props Artist

Sperasoft is seeking a skilled and passionate 3D Props Artist to join our dynamic art team. As a 3D Artist you will collaborate with the art and design teams to create visually stunning and immersive props. Your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing and rendering will contribute to the overall visual quality of the many AAA+ products we work on, ensuring an exceptional player experience. If you have strong artistic vision, technical proficiency and a good understanding of game development, this is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity to the forefront of the industry working with leaders in the field of 3D development.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and create both: high polygonal models and real-time game assets matching (or exceeding) project and studio standardsWork with Lead Artists to ensure timely completion of game assetsCommunicate regularly with the Lead Artist regarding the status of current tasksObtain Lead Artists guidance and approval as required to advance tasksContinue to refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and / or in-house toolsContribute to the team-oriented environment
Requirements
2+ years of working experience as a 3D Props ArtistSolid experience in modeling, sculpting and texturing environment components using 3ds Max, Maya, Zbrush and Photoshop (or equivalent packages) shown in portfolioAbility to create interesting, detailed and visually appealing propsBe proficient with the software packages and tools of the games industryExperience with Unreal EngineExcellent understanding of form, shape, structure and silhouette with regard to modelingExperience with managing polygon count and texture budgetsAbility to receive constructive feedbackSelf-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitudeGood English communication and writing skills
