Vacancy: Delivery Manager at Locus Gastrohub
Locus Gastrohub is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee delivery operations for our restaurant project with three growing concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage orders from the moment they are received until they are handed over to the courier
Coordinate communication between the kitchen, packing team, and couriers
Communicate with guests regarding orders, delays, inquiries, and feedback
Work with delivery platforms and the internal ordering system
Check order accuracy, packaging, and presentation before dispatch
Handle customer concerns and maintain a high standard of service
Monitor preparation and delivery times
Keep basic records of orders, cancellations, and customer complaints
Work closely with the restaurant manager and kitchen team
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Delivery Manager, Restaurant Administrator, or in Customer Service is an advantage
Good spoken and written English (B2+)
Russian language: native or intermediate level
Confident computer and messenger skills
Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, responsibility, and polite communication with guests
Understanding of restaurant service and delivery standards
Team player with a proactive attitude
